EU-SPRI Conference Valencia: Registration Now Open
We are pleased to announce that registration for the upcoming EU-SPRI Conference 2026 in Valencia is now open.
The conference registration is hosted via the website of the Lifelong Learning Centre of the Universitat Politècnica de València, where participants can complete the full registration process.
Registration Process
The registration platform provides detailed information on available participation fees, including:
- Early bird rates
- PhD student rates
- Eu-SPRI member fees
Participants will be guided through the creation of a user account, which is required in order to:
- Register for the conference
- Complete payment
- Request an invoice
- Download a certificate of attendance (available after the event)
Payments can be made by bank card or bank transfer. If choosing bank transfer, participants are required to upload proof of payment during registration.
Key Dates
- Early bird registration deadline: 30 April 2026
- Final registration deadline: mid-May 2026 (exact date to be confirmed on the conference website under Key Dates)
Fee Exempt Category
A fee-exempt category is available exclusively for participants who have been formally granted a registration waiver by the organisers. This includes, for example:
- Invited keynote speakers
- Participants covered by institutional agreements
- Members of the local organising committee
- Other participants explicitly approved for fee exemption
Individuals in this category will receive separate instructions by email on how to complete their registration.
